feedback on the reed diffuser

I ordered the diffuser for the 1st time. The issue is that the fragrance is not coming through the sticks. I don't know what the issue is. are the sticks too long so they become dry and the oil is not passing through ? I have. not faced this issue before . Is the quality of the reed inferior ?

While I have used your candles several times before, this was the first time I was using the reed diffusers which I ordered in three absolutely fabulous aromas. Fresh and crisp not cloying. Love them.

The soothing scent of ocean breeze!

It has me dreaming of the magical Mediterranean islands all day long. The reed diffuser is totally worth it and lasts really long.
I keep turning the reeds for that extra burst of fragrance when needed.

Instructions
  • Remove the cork and insert the reed sticks in the glass bottle.
  • Arrange the all-natural reeds into the bottle and let them absorb the oil mixture.
  • Shake the bottle and invert the reeds from time to time to strengthen the fragrance or remove a few to soften the scent.
  • The reeds can be left unattended or you can remove them and replace the stopper for occasional use.
